ANIMALS
Animals are prohibited in the Sullivan Arena with the exception of service animals assisting ADA patrons.
ATMS
ATMs are located within the Sullivan Arena on the North and South Mezzanine Levels.
BANNERS/SIGNS/FLAGS
Banners/Signs/Flags are generally allowed if they meet the following conditions:
- They are in good taste
- They are not deemed offensive
- They do not include profanity
- They do not obstruct the view of any guests or any existing signage
- They do not present a safety hazard
- Venue Management reserves the right to remove Banners/Signs/Flags at any time.
Venue/Signs/Flags of a commercial nature are not permitted without specific permission from Venue Management. Please note these guidelines may change at any time due to event specifics, Show Management requests, etc.
BIKE RACKS
Bikes racks are available for use by the Sullivan Arena Box Office, located on the NW corner.
BOX OFFICE
The Sullivan Arena Box Office is located on the Northwest corner of Sullivan Arena and is open Monday – Friday from 12Noon - 4PM.
For box office hours on the day of an event, please refer to the event information page for that specific event.
Tickets to Sullivan Arena events can also be purchased through Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000 or online via Ticketmaster.com.
CAMERA & RECORDINGS POLICIES

CATERING
Outside food and beverages of any kind may not be brought into the Sullivan Arena.
CHILDREN'S TICKET POLICY
Children’s ticket policy is at the discretion of Show Management. For information about children’s ticket policy for an event, please refer to the event information page for that specific event.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Sullivan Arena patrons are responsible for their own conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons using their tickets. Venue staff will strive to maintain an atmosphere where all in attendance can enjoy the event.
Event patrons and guests in violation of the Customer Code of Conduct may be subject to ejection, arrest, and/or loss of ticket privileges for future events. If the behavior of a patron or patrons around you becomes disruptive or violates the Customer Code of Conduct, the incident should be reported to the nearest usher or security person.
CONCESSIONS
All concessions are provided exclusively in-house by Sullivan Arena or contracted vendors. Outside food and beverages of any kind may not be brought into the Sully.
CREDIT CARDS
Visa and Mastercard are accepted at all permanent concession locations and the Box Office. Parking is cash only.
DIRECTIONS
From South Anchorage:
Take the New Seward Highway to 15th Avenue.
Turn left and continue one block to Gambell Street.
Turn left on Gambell and get in the right hand lane.
If driving north on A Street, turn right on 16th Ave.
From North of 15th Ave:
Take Gambell to 16th Ave.
or take C Street to 16th Ave and turn left into the Arena.
DOOR OPENING
Door opening is at the discretion of Show Management. For opening times,please refer to the event information page for that specific event.
DRONES
The possession, operation, or use of an unmanned aircraft system (UAS) or drone is prohibited on Sullivan Arena property without prior, written permission from management. Furthermore, persons operating a UAS on Sullivan Arena property may be subject to criminal or civil penalties by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
ELEVATORS
An Elevator is located on the Northeast Mezzanine Level.

ENTRANCES
Entry location varies per event. For information about entrances for an event,please refer to the event information page for that specific event.
ENTRY SCREENING
Depending upon the nature of an event or when considered necessary by ASM Global and Show Management, a visual or full search will be conducted by Sullivan Arena event staff and security on all patrons prior to entering the Sullivan Arena. Patrons not willing to comply with search procedures prior to entering the Sullivan Arena may return their tickets immediately to their point of purchase.

EVENT BOOKING
The Sullivan Arena has the flexibility and space to accommodate events small and large, from private parties to large-scale public events.

EVICTION POLICY
The following behaviors and/or activities are causes for eviction from the Sullivan Arena:
- Use of profanity or unacceptable language of any type
- Possession of illegal or unauthorized items
- Inappropriate or offensive dress
- Public intoxication
- Entering or attempting to enter any “off limit” area such as the playing surface, stage area, backstage, or restroom of the opposite sex
- Participating in a fight or instigating a physical or verbal altercation
- Verbally abusing, threatening, or intimidating other patrons or Venue Management
- Throwing objects of any type
- Possession of stolen or counterfeit tickets
- Possession of unauthorized banners or signs
- Smoking indoors
FIRST AID
First Aid services are provided during all events at the Sullivan Arena.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Food & beverages are available for purchase during all Sullivan Arena events. Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the Sullivan Arena.
All major concession stands in the Sullivan Arena accept Visa and Mastercard. Note that some portable food locations do not accept credit cards.
HEARING ASSISTANCE

LOST & FOUND
For lost and found information during an event, patrons should visit the Control Office located on the NW Lower Level. After an event, patrons should call the Sullivan Arena at (907) 279-0618 for more information.
LOST CHILDREN & COMPANIONS
Children who have lost their parents will be escorted to the Security Control Office located on the NW Lower Level. The child’s name will be reported to police, security, and usher personnel. Parents seeking a lost child should proceed to the nearest event staff for assistance in locating their child.

PARKING
Sullivan Arena has extremely limited on-site parking and car pooling is strongly encouraged.
Parking lot gate opens approximately 2 hours prior to event. Parking is $10.00 per vehicle.
Re-entry and overnight parking are prohibited. Solicitations of any type as well as unauthorized tailgating are strictly prohibited. Vehicles of any kind parked illegally or in restricted areas are subject to tagging and towing without notice.

- Sticks, bats, poles, clubs (includes GoPros, selfie sticks, etc.)
- Video and audio recording devices
- Backpacks/knapsacks
- Helium balloons
- Glitter
- Stickers
- Fireworks
- Any other item(s) deemed unacceptable by Venue Management
If any prohibited items are revealed during a search, the patron(s) will be permitted to return to their vehicle with the item(s) or they can dispose of the item(s) with the exception of contraband. All and any contraband will be confiscated. The Sullivan Arena will not store any personal belongings or items of any type.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
If you are arriving by bus or cab, the drop-off area is immediately in front of the Arena on 16th Avenue.

RESTROOMS
The Sullivan Arena has ample women's and men's restrooms, each with disabled facilities, conveniently located on the mezzanine level of Sullivan Arena.
SMOKING
Smoking inside the Sullivan Arena is prohibited by law. Smoking is permitted in select exterior areas only, and locations are subject to event.
*Inhaling e-cigarettes is not permitted inside the Sullivan Arena, but they may be used in event designated smoking areas.
SOLICITATION
The distribution of promotional items, flyers, pamphlets, printed materials, as well as the solicitation of signatures and autographs, is not permitted on Center property without prior, written authorization from Venue Management.
STROLLERS
Strollers are allowed into the Sullivan Arena. Patrons may keep strollers with them in the seating areas as long as it does not impede walkways or sightlines of other patrons.
TAILGATING
Tailgating is not allowed on Sullivan Arena property or parking facilities.
TICKETS
The Sullivan Arena Box Office is open Monday – Friday, 12Noon - 4PM.

TICKET ISSUES
For ticket-related problems, patrons should visit the Sullivan Arena Box Office.
TICKET RESELLING
The resale or attempted reselling of tickets on Sullivan Arena property is prohibited by law. Violators will be removed from the premises and subject to arrest and prosecution as appropriate.
STOLEN TICKETS
Stolen tickets should be reported to law enforcement authorities. Upon the production of a theft report and an initial purchase receipt, the Sullivan Arena Box Office will make reasonable accommodations for replacement tickets.
DUPLICATE TICKETS
Patrons with illegally duplicated tickets will not be allowed entry into the Sullivan Arena.
TICKET REFUNDS
Refunds and exchanges are not allowed unless there was a change to the date or time of the show. All refunds are done at the point of purchase location.

WHEELCHAIRS
The Sullivan Arena has a limited supply of wheelchairs available on a first-come, first-served basis. A government issued identification is required to check out a wheelchair. Wheelchairs may be checked out at the Security Control Office located on the NW Lower Level.
The Sullivan Arena does not provide escort personnel for patrons using wheelchairs.
WILL CALL
Will Call is located at the Sullivan Arena Box Office. A photo ID of the person who placed the order is required to receive the ticket.
